LHS Athletics Receives 2020-21 Sportsmanship Award
Congratulations to the Lithonia High School athletics program for winning the 2020-2021 Region 5 AAAAA Sportsmanship Award! LHS was selected from among regional high schools nominated by area coaches. LHS coaches are recognized for producing winners on and off the field. Go, Bulldogs!

Congratulations, LHS Art Stars!
Congratulations to LHS sophomore Dorian Hoyt! His artwork (pictured left) has been selected for Dekalb County School District's 2020-2021 Art Star Hall of Fame collection at the AIC, District Office Complex, where it will be on display for one year. This is a great opportunity, as each school submits a limited number of nominated student art works to DCSD's visual and performing arts review process. Only selected elementary, middle, and high school visual arts students participate in this county-wide event. Dorian's art teacher is Mr. David Hill.

Congratulations to LHS junior Charles Jones! Charles was named a DCSD Art Star for Performing Arts-Drama. Charles acted act 2, scene 5 from The Piano Lesson. Charles' drama teacher is Ms. Jodi-Ann Henry.
