The Student Engagement Coach serves as a mentor and advocate who monitors student progress, builds trusting relationships, and provides consistent support. They meet regularly with students to set goals, identify barriers, celebrate progress, and coordinate with families, teachers, and other support systems to ensure student success and engagement in school.
