Lithonia High School, which was located in the heart of Lithonia for over 80 years, moved to a totally wireless facility on October 21, 2002. Our school has 188,000 square feet of space and is one of the largest schools in DeKalb County. We have a staff of distinguished teachers, a state-of-the-art media center, music, art, and NJROTC wing, and a 500-seat auditorium.
Lithonia High School is located in Lithonia, Georgia, which is approximately 20 miles east of Atlanta in DeKalb County. The school is located in a suburban community and serves students from the entire DeKalb County School District.
In addition to a varied range of extracurricular activities, an excellent curriculum is offered from a standardized system-wide program of studies. Courses and activities at Lithonia High School are designed to meet the individual needs and interests of students. The extracurricular program provides extensive opportunities for students to participate in sports, clubs, and honor societies or pursue an interest in NJROTC, visual arts, and instrumental and choral music.
